What you'll do

• Implement school-wide positive behavioral supports
• maintain a visible presence in classrooms and common spaces
• collaborate on student interventions
• support student incentives, culture events, and community celebrations
• build relationships with students and families
• supervise after-school detentions or restorative spaces as needed
• coach teachers on classroom management and culture-building
• facilitate or co-lead professional development
• consult with staff on safety, crisis intervention, and social-service access
• document behavioral supports and student progress
• partner with caregivers and participate in family engagement events as needed.
