Mentor – Santa Rosa

Job overview

The Mentor role is onsite in Santa Rosa, CA; compensation is $50 per hour. The mentor provides direct client support and timely updates to the Camden Case Management team.

What you'll do

• Hold weekly face-to-face client sessions
• conduct home visits
• assist with medication counts and life-skills support
• participate in recovery-related activities
• provide phone support
• communicate with the case manager
• and document sessions and interactions. A valid driver’s license and willingness to transport clients when needed are required.
