Kitchen Production Lead / Pre-Cook

The Kitchen Production Lead / Pre-Cook role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and pays $18–$23 per hour. The position works with the World Famous kitchen team as the Head Chef’s right-hand person. The role exists to support daily food production and help ensure preparation is completed on time and to company standards. It organizes and supervises production staff, monitors food quality and cleanliness, communicates shortages or issues, and may take responsibility for production when the Head Chef is unavailable. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, morning through afternoon; English and Spanish bilingual ability and prior kitchen or prep experience are required.

What you'll do

• Work with the Head Chef on daily production
• help organize and supervise the production team
• ensure recipes, portions, preparation methods, and quality standards are followed
• monitor food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization
• communicate production issues or shortages
• take responsibility for production when the Head Chef is unavailable
• follow food safety standards.
