What you'll do

• Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
• diagnose homeowner needs and recommend roofing or exterior solutions
• present scope, pricing, and financing options
• guide homeowners from inspection through agreement
• complete contracts and documentation in ServiceTitan
• maintain a professional presentation, vehicle, and sales materials
• generate opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads
• travel locally to customer homes.
