What you'll do

• Manage user accounts, devices, Microsoft 365, identity and endpoint tools, and vendor support
• maintain IT documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes
• support ERP and business applications, workflows, integrations, and user training
• coordinate cybersecurity alerts, remediation, and compliance requests
• build or support Power BI reports, SQL and Excel reporting, and automation
• coordinate vendors, projects, rollouts, and upgrades.
