What you'll do

• Receive, assess, document, and manage employee relations complaints
• conduct workplace investigations and evaluate evidence
• prepare findings and recommendations and maintain confidential case files
• advise managers on performance, conduct, attendance, and policy compliance
• review corrective actions
• support termination reviews and separation meetings
• assess compliance and safety implications
• coordinate safety-related matters
• support conflict resolution
• track cases and escalate moderate- and high-risk matters
• partner with HR leadership and employment counsel
• support administrative charges, agency inquiries, litigation holds, and unemployment claims
• monitor trends and recommend training or process improvements.
