The Warehouse Lead role is onsite in Bloomingdale, IL, working the weekend evening shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Friday through Sunday. Pay is $25.85–$38.21 per hour. The lead supports NOW Foods’ receiving warehouse operations at its Bloomingdale facilities. The role exists to coordinate warehouse work, support shift performance, and coach employees while helping ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, stocking, and shipping. It also connects warehouse activity with production schedules and inventory control.

What you'll do

• Plan and delegate daily work
• monitor shift performance and resolve or escalate issues
• train and coach employees
• support receiving, shipping, stocking, and product movement
• operate warehouse machinery safely
• review paperwork and report inventory discrepancies
• coordinate with other departments
• participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• reinforce safety, food safety, and cGMP requirements.
