Plumbing Design Intern

What you'll do

• Assess building plumbing utility requirements
• route drainage, domestic water, storm, and fuel-gas piping
• tally fixture units and calculate system sizing inputs
• research model plumbing and building codes and local amendments
• calculate domestic hot-water and water-pressure needs
• assist with equipment and infrastructure space planning
• prepare or assist with plumbing plans, riser diagrams, details, notes, and schedules using AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• assist with site visits, submittal and shop-drawing review, RFIs, and construction administration.
