What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and procedures
• follow portion, presentation, cook-time, and hold-time standards
• communicate with kitchen positions and managers
• maintain food cost standards
• use recipes and prep sheets
• check food temperatures
• follow FIFO product rotation
• maintain hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation standards
• use equipment safely
• assist other positions during the shift.
