The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Long-Term Care role is onsite in Brownsburg, IN, with 8-hour shifts available from 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; every other weekend is required. Pay is $19–$22 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. The role supports Fairfield Heights Health & Rehabilitation’s long-term care and skilled nursing residents. The CNA provides basic nursing care under licensed nurse supervision, assists residents with daily activities and mobility, records observations and vital signs, and reports changes in condition. This work helps maintain residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity in their daily lives.
What you'll do
- Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse supervision
- assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- record vital signs, heights, and weights
- report resident condition changes and irregularities to the nurse
- support appointments and activities
- maintain resident areas and equipment according to infection-control guidelines.
