This role exists to ensure optimal staffing levels and team performance by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development. The manager acts as a key partner to site leadership, surfacing concerns and implementing strategies to reduce turnover and improve overall operational health.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for hourly and site-leadership roles
• partner with General Managers on hiring
• build local sourcing pipelines
• conduct in-person interviews
• deliver onboarding and orientation
• coach site leaders on performance management
• conduct stay and exit interviews
• track recruiting and retention metrics
• support acquisitions and openings.
