Laser Operator

What you'll do

• Operate laser cutting machines and press brakes
• set up, run, and shut down equipment
• load CNC programs
• change tooling and cutting heads or lenses
• interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• use measuring devices
• manage nesting and scrap
• troubleshoot equipment and identify maintenance needs
• maintain a safe work area
• guide and train less experienced employees
• adapt to production schedules and priorities
• apply Lean principles and contribute improvement ideas.

Why this role
