What you'll do

• Identify commercial and industrial market opportunities across Minnesota
• monitor margins, cash flow, and labor productivity
• develop a high-performance culture
• oversee large-scale bid pricing and contract negotiations
• manage annual corporate insurance renewals and 401(k) fund selections
• improve labor utilization and procurement efficiency
• maintain OSHA compliance and company-wide safety.
