What you'll do

• Hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders
• manage scheduling, retention, and team development
• drive sales and manage food and labor costs
• control inventory, ordering, waste, and cash handling
• maintain guest experience and health-inspection standards
• respond to guest feedback
• build local relationships, grow catering and off-premise sales, and run local marketing.
