What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities to support independence
• assist with treatments delegated by a registered nurse under individualized care plans
• take and record vital signs and report changes or concerns
• document services in a computerized charting system
• observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition
• assist with bathing, grooming, and medication administration
• perform additional tasks as needed.
