What you'll do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Mazak or DMG Mori lathes using Mazatrol or G/M codes
• measure finished workpieces and adjust tooling to specifications
• inspect parts for defects
• mount and align tools and workpieces
• complete setups and run parts
• interpret engineering drawings
• document setup sheets and tool lists
• communicate shift handoffs
• perform routine machine maintenance.
