What you'll do

• Assess residents’ nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
• monitor and document nutritional status and progress
• provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• assist the Director of Clinical Operations with recruiting, training, and scheduling registered dietitians
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• and provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.

Why this role

Requires registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and state licensure in nutrition or dietetics as applicable, a bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of dietary services experience in long-term care. A master’s degree is preferred; residency within the service area is required.
