What you'll do
- Conduct intake interviews with clients to determine program eligibility.
- Collect, review, and verify required documentation.
- Explain CEAP guidelines and application procedures.
- Enter and maintain accurate client information in data management systems.
- Collaborate with utility vendors to facilitate payments.
- Provide referrals to other supportive services.
