Customer Fulfillment Coordinator, 1st Shift

The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator role is onsite in Farmington Hills, MI, with pay of $25–$28 per hour based on experience. The position supports customer fulfillment for OEM, aftermarket, and consumer programs. The coordinator manages orders from receipt through shipment, monitors inventory, and works with customers and internal teams to resolve fulfillment issues. Accurate order processing and process improvements support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through shipment, including processing, kitting, packaging, and shipping
• communicate order status and delivery updates
• monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment
• use ERP and order management systems including JDE and Shopify
• track timelines and maintain shipping and inventory records
• collaborate across Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Accounting
• identify process improvements
• provide work direction and coaching to assigned team members.
