What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents and alarms
• prepare daily activity and incident reports and shift handoff information.
