What you'll do

• Develop, implement, monitor, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans
• develop and manage technical-services and base-building improvement project budgets
• approve selection of professional services such as architects, engineers, and interior designers
• review and approve or seek appropriate approval for expense and capital appropriations, commitments, and invoices
• develop a strategic asset-preservation program
• stay current on facilities management issues, regulations, design, construction, equipment, and safety, health, and environmental matters
• develop training plans for operations staff
• manage operations and project staff, potentially including central plant operators and mechanical trades personnel.
