The nurse supports Santa Fe Recovery Center’s Detox, Residential, and Extended Treatment Programs, which provide substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment. The nurse provides and coordinates client medical care, supports safe and therapeutic residential operations, and works with the interdisciplinary team to maintain quality care and regulatory compliance. The role also provides medical direction and support to Med-Tech staff.

What you'll do

• Coordinate medical care for new clients and complete nursing assessments at admission. Follow up on client medical needs and emergencies during residential stays
• assist with after-hours needs on an on-call basis. Coordinate referrals, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, oversee medical services and client files, and support medical staff training and consultation. Maintain compliant medical records and confidentiality.
