Relationship Manager — East Coast

What you'll do

• Generate new business and revenue in the assigned territory
• build and manage agent relationships and identify growth and cross-sell opportunities
• educate agents on IPMG products and services
• participate in agent visits, trade shows, and carrier events
• support underwriters with client service and retention strategies
• meet territory revenue, profitability, and carrier performance goals
• maintain accurate documentation and workflow compliance
• communicate with agents, carriers, and internal teams.

Why this role
