What you'll do

• Build and configure Epic Orders workflows, including CPOE, order sets, protocols, preference lists, and decision support
• gather requirements from clinical and ancillary staff
• participate in system testing, integrated validation, and change management
• troubleshoot ServiceNow escalations
• support compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and North Carolina policies
• coordinate with other Epic module analysts to support workflow integration and interoperability
• participate in an on-call rotation for orders-related support.
