What you'll do

• Conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as required
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations using escalation procedures
• provide customer service
• report unusual conditions and policy violations
• complete accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns.
