Estimator Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review project documents, specification sheets, and architectural and technical drawings
• estimate required materials
• coordinate with sales, scheduling, engineering, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and determine lead times and requirements
• calculate material costs and yields
• prepare estimates using PressQuotes and Excel
• record calculations in the database
• secure material pricing with vendors and purchasing
• consult Quality and Technical Support Engineers about production capabilities
• prepare customer proposals
• determine markup levels and consult the Estimating Manager as needed
• complete assigned reports.
