Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Restoration Technician role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, with compensation of $18–$30 per hour. Rainbow International provides home and commercial restoration and carpet-cleaning services through a network of locations. The technician restores carpets, upholstery, and draperies damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris, or other causes. The role also supports water mitigation, mold remediation, fire cleanup, customer communication, equipment upkeep, and timely service delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop proficiency in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire-damage cleanup
• respond to water jobs and initiate mitigation according to IICRC standards and company processes
• maintain service schedules
• explain work scope and review paperwork with customers
• maintain restoration and cleaning equipment
• perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop business as required.
