The Residential Specialist II, Long-Term Care Program, Thursday–Monday First Shift role is onsite in West Torrington, CT, with a schedule of Thursday through Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour. Mental Health Connecticut supports four women in its supervised Long Term Care program in the Torrington area.

What you'll do

• Deliver and document services guided by Individual Recovery Plans for adults recovering from chronic mental health and co-occurring conditions.
• Support participation in activities, teach daily living and basic life skills, connect residents with community resources, supervise for safety, maintain confidential records, communicate concerns, and liaise with therapists and community agencies.
• Local and in-state driving, including transporting individuals, may be required.
