What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center
• meet production and quality goals
• oversee daily team activities and coach associates
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• resolve team conflicts
• monitor adherence to procedures and standards
• review and approve identified defects
• partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates on quality-control standards
• complete repairs effectively and safely
• manage employee development and performance.
