What you'll do

• Supervise approximately 20 hourly employees, including interviews, performance reviews, development, and advancement discussions
• train and direct personnel on equipment and processes
• enforce company policies, safety practices, and quality standards
• troubleshoot machinery and operational issues
• manage NetSuite transactions, production metrics, raw materials, and consumables
• schedule personnel and monitor production plans
• maintain production records and reports
• improve systems and processes
• address personnel issues with Human Resources
• manage emergency situations
• support the Bond location with production troubleshooting
• manage projects and participate in training.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of production supervision or related experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; travel between offices required, with out-of-town or overnight travel potentially required.
