What you'll do

• Provide assigned direct patient care in home settings
• cover last-minute callouts, open shifts, and vacant cases
• assist with onboarding clients and employees
• mentor new field employees
• document visits and comply with electronic visit verification requirements
• represent Avid at community events, schools, and job fairs
• support staff recruitment and collaborate with HR and field leadership.
