What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests with video gaming needs, recommend items, and apply selling behaviors
• support store sales initiatives and the shopping environment
• keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised
• stock and restock merchandise and organize products on the selling floor
• help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage-reduction goals
• address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• follow company policies and procedures.
