The Caregiver role is onsite in Huntington, WV, providing care in clients’ homes. Pay starts at $15 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation, light household tasks, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• follow individualized care plans
• observe and document changes in client conditions and communicate concerns to the nursing team
• maintain communication with clients, families, supervisors, and caregivers
• and complete timesheets and service documentation.
