M’Aiken Bright Futures provides evidence-based, family-centered ABA services for children and families. The work supports children’s communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living skills through consistent, supervised care.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes
• implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA
• collect session data and complete daily notes
• support communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
• follow clinical and safety protocols
• communicate with the supervising BCBA
• participate in supervision and training
• maintain BACB ethical standards.
