The Branch Driver I role is onsite in Livermore, CA, with travel to offsite locations as part of the work. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The role supports Platt, part of Rexel USA’s electrical-products distribution business. The role exists to deliver products accurately and efficiently among customers, branch and warehouse locations, and suppliers. The driver checks the vehicle and materials, completes delivery documentation, and may support warehouse duties to help meet customer and branch needs.

What you'll do

• Inspect the company vehicle and complete daily inspection reports
• keep the vehicle clean and maintained
• follow DOT and local and state driving laws
• load and unload orders and verify quantities, types, and condition
• complete delivery documentation
• collect customer returns and verify condition and quantities
• pick up materials from suppliers
• may assist with order preparation and warehouse receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping.

Why this role

No CDL is required. Company driver training is required in lieu of experience. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a medical certificate as required by law, and adherence to assigned routes and safety procedures.
