Field Supervisor, Personal Care Services

Job overview

The Field Supervisor role is based in the Lubbock office and in the field, covering Lubbock and surrounding areas. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour plus mileage. AccentCare provides personal care services and supports aging in place. The supervisor helps ensure consistent, compassionate care by visiting clients, guiding caregivers, supporting new clients and families, and coordinating communication among clients, caregivers, and office staff.

• Conduct in-home visits to check care quality and compliance

• meet new clients and families, assess needs, and help develop personalized care plans
