What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications according to protocols and physician orders using electronic medical records
• assist with hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• document medication administration, resident responses, and adverse reactions in medical records while following HIPAA requirements
• support residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory care, hospice, or palliative care needs
• collaborate on personalized service plans
• follow infection control and medication storage procedures.
