CNC Programmer — First Shift

The CNC Programmer — First Shift position is onsite in Lee’s Summit, MO. Pay is $26–$34 per hour. SR Precision Holdings produces machined parts for the blow mold tooling industry. The programmer sets up and operates CNC machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality, safety, records, and equipment. The role supports machine-shop production by programming and monitoring machining operations and checking completed work against specifications.

What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools
• align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials
• monitor machine feed and speed
• inspect completed units with precision instruments
• complete required paperwork
• perform minor mechanical and assembly work as needed
• protect equipment and follow safety procedures.
