What you'll do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy client residence
• perform personal care activities in the written plan of care, including hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, and transfers
• provide nutritional support
• report changes in condition
• assist with approved daily-living devices and prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• measure and record specified vital signs and fluid intake/output
• keep care records
• assist clients with self-administration of medication within the listed limits
• follow infection-control and agency policies.
