What you'll do

• Welcome and guide patients and families
• manage registration, scheduling, insurance authorizations, payments, and checkout
• answer calls and connect families with care-team members
• communicate questions and follow-up items between patients and clinicians
• room patients
• obtain vital signs
• update medications, allergies, and clinical information
• maintain accurate records
• and partner with nurses and clinicians.
