General Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and grounds for repairs, preventive maintenance, adjustments, and replacement needs
• generate work orders for major repairs
• pick up trash and empty bins
• assist maintenance trades workers
• complete routine building repairs including flooring, plumbing fixtures, wallboard, painting, carpentry, windows, lighting, and basic plumbing and electrical work
• maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
• follow OSHA standards.
