What you'll do

• Prepare food items across Hot Line, Pizza Line, Garde Manger, and Dessert Station according to standardized recipes.
• Execute and plate dishes with attention to presentation and portion control.
• Monitor the temperature of kitchen equipment and cooking times.
• Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
