Resolution Specialist, Customer Service Representative – Medical DME

The role researches complaints and account concerns, communicates updates, documents interactions, and identifies process or coaching opportunities to help improve patient experience and service continuity.

What you'll do

• Research negative survey results, conduct quality checks, contact members as needed, and provide solutions when applicable
• update provider inquiries

• review account deactivation emails for retention opportunities

• communicate with members by phone, web portal, or text
