Responsible for reviewing quote requests and creating bid schedules. Create scope sheets and perform detailed take-offs from architectural and structural drawings. Submit timely requests for information to contractors. Communicate directly with clients regarding scope sheets, pricing breakouts, and questions regarding submitted bids.
