Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Webberville, MI, with a second-shift schedule Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience. The technician supports safe, efficient manufacturing operations by maintaining production equipment and facility systems. The role performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs equipment issues, and responds to breakdowns to minimize downtime. It also supports installations and process improvements, documents work orders, maintains tools and parts, and collaborates with production teams while following safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
• respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs
• diagnose issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
• document repairs in work orders
• assist with installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• maintain tools, parts inventory, and work areas
• follow safety and lockout/tagout requirements
• collaborate with production teams.
