What you'll do

• Manage inventory across operating assets, project sites, warehouses, and third-party storage
• develop and maintain a centralized inventory database
• establish item master, stocking, reorder, safety-stock, and critical-spares standards
• forecast requirements with operations, maintenance, and technical teams
• manage replenishment and purchasing
• track serialized and high-value equipment
• establish cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• monitor obsolete and excess inventory
• manage supplier and logistics relationships
• develop inventory KPIs and reporting
• improve inventory systems and processes
• and coordinate across procurement, operations, engineering, finance, and project teams.
