What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees
• verify credentials and maintain visitor and contractor entry records
• issue authorized badges or passes and direct visitors
• respond to access incidents and alarms
• patrol entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter
• document observations and maintain activity and incident reports.
