What you'll do

• Process weekly payroll for field and office employees
• report labor hours, job costing, and project allocations
• administer union payroll requirements and reporting
• prepare Certified Payroll and BRJP reports
• coordinate new field employee payroll setup and documentation
• reconcile payroll accounts and liabilities
• assist with year-end W-2 and 1099 reporting
• prepare intercompany transactions
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• reconcile cash, payroll, and balance sheet accounts
• investigate reconciling items.
