What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for interior and exterior wall system projects
• analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents
• develop quantity take-offs, pricing strategies, and bid proposals
• collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
• analyze historical costs and market conditions
• manage bid schedules and subcontractor and vendor coordination
• identify risks and value engineering opportunities
• mentor junior estimators.
