What you'll do

• Manage the Universal Banker training program and coach staff
• open and close the branch
• assume branch responsibility in the Branch Manager’s absence
• process and review customer transactions and account records
• research and resolve customer inquiries
• conduct cash, vault, and ATM audits
• maintain branch security and staff system access
• follow compliance regulations
• cross-sell and refer bank products
• assist on the transaction line
• schedule branch employees.
